I Have A Simple Goal

...just trying to take care of some business today.  This is definitely not something new...obviously there have been plenty of days, especially over the last 8.5 years, that I have had plenty of things that I've both wanted and needed to do.  Rarely, if ever, has there been a day where I feel like I have accomplished even some of my goals.  I don't really know what I can say or whatever...perhaps some kind of mantra I can repeat over and over again.

I don't even need to get all of them done.   There are SOME very important things I need to get done...and at least make some significant progress on the others:

• Get to AA and either get some travelers checks and/or cashier's check(s).  I think I will go to the live customer service and ask about the traveler's checks, so at least I can be prepared.  If they don't sell/offer those, I might need to get a couple of smaller cashier's checks.  Update:  No traveler's checks...got two CC but they made one out to Michelle instead of me.  Might be a good thing...I think I would like to get one made out to Jolene...perhaps even give her 10 bucks for the trouble.
 

 I know things have not been easy...especially the last 8 weeks for a variety of reasons.  I have made things much worse in the financial area with recent mistakes.  I'm not trying to make excuses, but they were mistakes I made almost out of necessity after being virtually abandoned by Mom.  I am scared about a lot of things...the thing with Unity One (and everything associated with it)...to our cars...etc.  But now is NOT the time to fall apart.  I MUST focus and follow through and I will.
