This Is Really Fucked Up

I guess I should know better.  As badly as I really need to focus on a few concentrated things, I really haven't been able to do that.  Admittedly, I haven't had much sleep and that does not help matters at all.  As a matter of fact, the medicine is not seeming to have any effect whatsoever.  Between lack of sleep and feeling the crush of things that are on the plate, it is fucking crazy right now.  Today was  a perfect example of "one of those days" where I barely did SHIT and I have so much to do.  I absolutely HATE days like this.
