- "The Way Past Due" HOA problem - starting to become convinced that the guy will not respond via email, for one reason or another - so bottom line is I guess I will have to call them later this afternoon to ensure we have some kind of arrangements set up.
- MMI vs NACA - Which one? Kind of confused - NACA seems more of like an activist non-profit that will try to help - MMI is CCCS based
- Not making excuses - but mind is really cloudy now and I'm still trying to clear the cobwebs. Just want to make sure that SOMETHING gets started - but further research would really be beneficial
