What A Fucked Up Day

...but it might turn out decently, at least if we can get the truck inspected.  I feel somewhat better about doing at least SOMETHING about the house.  Now, that certainly does not guarantee success - especially when you are talking about a loan mod.  But I think we have a case at least and some alternatives.
