Welll...

Obviously, I'm unsure of any time frames right now.  And I really hadn't done much budget planning,  all things considered.  There's no blame to be placed at this point - but once again - it kind of depends on a few things.  Like if Mom just "forgot" last month?  Normally, I would say no.  But she's had  a lot going on.
